Long before I became a professional coach, I was a teacher.
For more than a decade, I was a stay-at-home mom and primary teacher to my five sons. Through their early education, I discovered something that would eventually shape my entire career: learning, growth, and healing happen best through curiosity, exploration and play.
Over the last 15 years, I've worked with everyone from toddlers to nonagenarians, professional athletes to postoperative rehabilitation patients. While every client's story is unique, one truth remains consistent: meaningful change happens when we engage the whole person.
We are not just rehabbing a joint, moving the scale or adding pounds to your bench press. Health is not created by treating isolated parts of ourselves. True wellness emerges when the body's systems, the mind and the spirit work together as one.
Today, I help clients reconnect with themselves through a specialized approach that combines movement, mindfulness, nutrition and, of course, play.
I call this Movement Integration.
My goal isn't simply to help you exercise.
It's to help you rediscover your capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
